Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CreatorGlimpse iOS app. By using the app, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use CreatorGlimpse.

The service

CreatorGlimpse shows you analytics for YouTube and TikTok accounts you connect, plus short educational lessons for content creators. A Free tier is available at no cost; Pro and Team tiers unlock additional features via subscription, billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system.

Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to use CreatorGlimpse.
You're responsible for the YouTube/TikTok accounts you connect — only connect accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
You're responsible for maintaining the security of the Apple ID used to sign in.

Connected platforms

CreatorGlimpse accesses YouTube and TikTok data through each platform's official API, under the terms and policies of Google and TikTok respectively. Your use of those platforms remains governed by their own terms of service. We only request read access to analytics data — we never post, comment, or take action on your behalf.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro and Team subscriptions renew automatically and are billed through your Apple ID account, per Apple's standard subscription terms. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your iOS Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies, not by us directly.

Acceptable use

Don't use CreatorGlimpse to violate YouTube's or TikTok's terms of service, to scrape or resell data obtained through the app, to reverse-engineer the app, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Content and accuracy

Analytics shown in the app are sourced from YouTube's and TikTok's own APIs and are provided for informational purposes. Educational content reflects general best practices and is not a guarantee of specific results. We're not liable for decisions made based on data or lessons in the app.

Termination

You can stop using CreatorGlimpse and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or misuse of connected-platform data.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate, an in-app notice.
